The role:

You will be joining a fun friendly team in a modern open plan office environment.
You will be liaising with customers & field-based engineers via phone and email to deliver a quality client experience and maximise the clients spend across you varied product range. You will be managing a specific client base ensuring you are up to date with the business needs, decision maker and spend patters and ensure that the CRM system is fully updated. You will be managing complaints and solving problems through effective relationship building.

You:

Effective communicator
Be able to demonstrate previous experience of internal sales or account management in a commercial environment.
Excellent time management skills
Be customer focused and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience of operating the SAP system is desirable but not essential.
