Job Description

Job title: Internal Sales/Account Management
Hours: 37.5
Location: Cheltenham

My client is one of the largest and most successful European manufacturers of roof and wall systems and following yet another hugely successful year and continual growth, they are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join their team, providing exceptional customer service for enquiries from external and internal customers. The business holds a fantastic reputation for developing their staff and creating a progressive and dynamic work environment.

Internal Sales responsibilities:

" Provide support to intercompany and external sales staff
" Managing customer enquiries, providing accurate quotations and advice on products in line with the standard product offer and quotation process
" Guide and educate customers by promoting products and follow up quotations to conclusion
" Liaise with the Technical Services and Sales Administration teams where appropriate

Internal Sales desired Skills and Experience:

" Experience or understanding of a busy sales environment
" Understanding of profit V cost
" Knowledge of the construction Industry and previous experience within manufacturing
" Strong IT/Computer skills
" Solid understanding of the sales process budget/pipeline requirements of a business
