An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Permanent Internal Sales Coordinator/ Administrator based within the office in the Swansea area. On top of the basic salary there is a bonus paid twice years and a generous holiday package up to 31 days plus stats.
Sales support administration.
Customer orders, receipt and processing of incoming orders and inputting details onto their SAP system.
Creating customer invoices and issuing quotations to customers.
Managing the customer portal and dealing with customer requests.

3 years previous experience in a sales support administration role along with strong communication skills
