Internal Sales Advisor

Location: Bingley

Salary: £16,000 - £17,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonuses

Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8.45am-5pm and Friday 8.45am-4pm

This is a full-time and permanent position.

You will be joining a friendly and diverse team of Sales Executives, working in an open office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deal with customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Manage customer expectations
• Process sales orders
• Communicate with customers regarding all aspects of their order, such as delivery dates, pricing, stock, availability etc
• Ensure good working relationships are established and maintained with external customers
• General administrative duties

Requirements:

• Previous administration experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Accurate and precise
• Driven to provide the best Customer Experience possible
• Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, with excellent keyboard skills
• Proactive team player
