If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client's head office in the Warrington area, you will be responsible for maximising revenue and profit against agreed targets through outbound telephone account management.

Day to day duties in this role include:
Conducting outbound calls to customers with the end target and goal of maximising account growth and capturing any sales opportunities.
Capturing all your outbound sales activity to the company's CRM system to ensure customer contact and all levels of activity are reported into the system.
Participating in outbound call campaigns to generate sales leads.
Build strong relationships with all departments throughout the business.
Meeting and exceeding KPI targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Have proven experience of outbound business to business account management or within telesales.
Have excellent sales negotiation skills and techniques.
Excellent telephone manner with the ability to keep calm under pressure.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
