Internal Sales Advisor
Excellent starting salary: £20k & uncapped commission OTE £38k
Monday to Friday working hours: 9am - 5:30pm

Managing your own internal work load and diary, our client has over 160 years' experience in the medical industry and are looking for their next sales star to join their team.
The role of the internal sales team is to contact potential customers and convert them into prospective and active clients using diverse ways to approach targets given using CRM for both the creation of sales pipelines and to speed up the sales process and meet your daily targets.
You will also receive 20 days holiday (and your birthday off once you have passed probation) and will have access to free parking, a canteen, local transport links nearby and an on-site gym.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Achieve additional performance KPIs
Make outbound calls to build rapport with potential customers, maintaining a friendly, empathetic and professional telephone manner
Accurately record outcomes of outbound calls on relevant CRM systems
In order to apply for this position, MUST HAVE the following experience
Outbound telesales experience - would welcome candidates from all sales backgrounds
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all customers and reflect the company's values in all interactions
Ability to build rapport and close the deal
Positive desire to succeed, with the ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving & exceeding targets
Run, update and manage a customer database to enhance the sales function
