Brook Street (UK) Limited is recruiting an Internal Sales / Customer Support Executive for our shipping client located in Belfast. The role would require the successful candidate to work in the commercial department of the business.

The ideal candidate will have need to have Sea Freight forwarding sales experience, or freight forwarding operational experience with a desire to enter into a commercial / internal sales role.

Duties will include:-

* Providing quotations to customers and support the sales team.
* Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriate quotations to secure bookings.
* Maintain and develop relationships with customers and suppliers via telephone calls and emails.
* Action incoming sales leads.
* Follow up on any sales quotations submitted.

Essential Requirements.

* Experience in dealing with Sea Freight
* Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Able to work both in a team and also perform independently.
* Good PC skills.
