Salary: £20,000 + uncapped commission, OTE £35,000
Start date: Immediate requirement but will accept candidates with max 1 month notice
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an extremely well established, reputable and progressive company. You will be joining a team of skilled individuals who provide technical information to customers. The retention team are responsible for taking incoming calls from customers who are out of their warranty. Your duties will be to speak with these customers, update the database, resolve situations, up-sell additional products and services.
You will be required to communicate with customers through various channels including inbound or outbound telephone contact and email. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong natural sales ability, a can do attitude, strong people skills and the ability to take responsibility for your own duties.
You will receive full training which is extensive and on-going support and guidance. You must be a driver due to the rural office location.
