Our client based in the Penarth Road area of Cardiff is looking for an Internal Sales Assistant
Our client is looking for an upbeat, confident individual with a real passion for people and customer service.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and every other Saturday 8am - 3pm
You will be taking orders over the phone, fax and in person over the counter. Offering advice in respect of the product range to customers. Processing orders and keeping customers updated on any shortages or problems and offering any alternatives. Maintaining and updating customer records therefore you need to be IT literate.
This role is so varied but the main focus is providing an exceptional customer service face to face and over the phone, and having the skill to promote products with every opportunity and chasing lapsed business. A real hands on team orientated person is needed.
If you have a background within the building industry or have worked within DIY, trade counter, retail industry etc this would be a distinct advantage.
There is onsite parking, and monthly bonus ontop of the basic salary.
