Job Description

My client is looking for a motivated internal sales assistant to be the pioneer for growth and create lead for the wide product portfolio (car tyres, agriculture and commercial tyres). We will provide all the training you needed about the product range.

Essential Attributes:

The passion and drive to succeed.

The ability to build and maintain relationships.

Excellent communication skills over the telephone.

Goal orientated with a high level of commercial acumen.

Demonstrable success in telesales.

Mentally agile with a capacity for self-learning.

Good PC Skills with ability to learn new systems quickly.

Self-motivated and resilient.

Tyre or automotive industry experience.

Sales ability essential.

Main Responsibilities:

Speaking to the decision maker about our products.

Create an online account or arrange an appointment for the sales team.

Lead the new customers and generate targeted orders per day.

Receive the office calls from the customers.

Listen and answer the customer enquiries.

Working towards daily targets and conversion targets.

Achieve personal KPI's set by management.

Follow up calls and ensure report the actions.
