Brook Street is currently recruiting an Internal Sales Coach for our manufacturing client in Lisburn
The Internal Sales Coach will be responsible for overseeing staff training and development

Duties

* Conduct monthly 1-1 sessions on performance and improvement
* Develop a framework for reporting, to include call calibration scoring, presenting both verbal and written feedback to the Internal Sales Assistants and Manager
* Provide Internal Sales Manager with monthly performance reports, making suggestions for improvements
* Report daily to Internal sales Manager on the team's daily / weekly and monthly metrics
* Assist with the implementation of a CRM system


Criteria:

*(N 2-3 years recent experience in a similar role ( preferably manufacturing )
* Previous training / coaching experience
* Must be fully proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communicator - written and verbal
