Exciting opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced sales environment in a customer-focused role.

This electrical and lift distributor has a new opening for a customer service advisor. Day to day you will handle calls from customers, quickly establishing their needs and queries to place orders, giving quotations, ensuing all quotes are followed up and handle questions whilst delivering an excellent standard of customer service. You will also be required to bring in new business however this is only a fraction of your day

The successful applicant will be friendly, polite, well spoken and a fast learner. If is also essential you have worked within an electrical distributors so that you are familiar with all products.

Training will be provided.
