Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing technology and business transformation services provider. Focusing on digital transformation, we partner with a mixture of private and public sector businesses supporting them to design, implement and optimize their digital strategy. They have a strong pedigree in End User Compute, Cloud, Security and Connectivity solutions and operational management.

They are embarking on a structured plan for growth and have built an aggressive but realizable growth plan to expand our customer footprint and our value delivered to each and every customer.
They recognize the need to be excellent in their sales execution bringing their differentiated value propositions to market and are seeking ambitious sales professionals to lead this charge for customer growth.
As a member of the internal sales team, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of clients, selling Company's services and solutions with a view to expanding existing relationship and achieving a gross margin target.

You will also be responsible for running campaigns into your customer base, aimed at finding larger opportunities to pass onto the New Logo sales team, supporting them in the close of those deals.
" Identify, qualify, and create new sales opportunities by:
" Find and close deals to achieve annual gross margin targets
" Running specifically campaigns into your account base
" Prospecting and networking to expand our current relationship within your managed accounts

" Introducing new Company services and solutions to your accounts, creating awareness of our capabilities
" Drive and manage the whole sales process from initial conversation to closed and onboarded business.
" Effectively manage and accurately forecast sales opportunities, using critical metrics that predict sales success.
" Work closely with the in-house marketing, lead generation and solutions teams in the identification of new opportunities.
" Track all relevant sales activity using the company's CRM platform, currently Salesforce
" Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs' as defined by the business.
" Maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
