We are working on behalf of an established brand who are looking to expand their existing team.
The team look after existing clients who already purchase from them, however they potentially only purchase some of the items available to them & the other items they purchase elsewhere.
Your role is to look after the existing clients with the aim of up selling other product ranges to them to expand your share of their spend.
You will work from a CRM system to make contact with your customer & offer customer service excellence together with having the ability to enquire where they buy other products from.
By pure means they buy from our client, we know there is lots of scope for you to negotiate the right deal for your customer to increase sales.
Training for those successful candidates will involve a three stage process over 3 days.
Day 1. Training on the systems & over-viewing the products
Day 2. Listen in on calls being made, seeing orders being taken & seeing how the system works for you.
Day 3. On the phone`s with a buddy to put into practice all you have seen & listened to with full guidance & help as you need.
These roles are all in scope for Temp to Perm but time lines are not possible to map out at this stage. You will be rewarded & recognised whilst in a temporary role with salary reviews & vouchers.
Starting on £8.00ph, rising to £8.21ph on 1st April 2019.
Perm salaries will start from £17,000 with bonus expected to be around £450 per month.
