Internal Sales Executive

Location: Brighouse

Salary: £18,500 - £20,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonuses

Hours: Monday-Friday: 8.30am-5pm (40 hours)

This is a full-time permanent position.

You will be joining a friendly and diverse team of Sales Executives, working in an open office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers/lapsed customers to promote and sell company products
• Achieve set sales targets and help to increase the customer base by liaising closely with the Field Sales Team
• To work in conjunction with the Technical department to maximise business potential
• You will predominantly deal with existing customers however, from time to time the company will go through new leads to increase their client base
• Handle inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers
• Contact customers that haven't paced an order for some time, analyse their business needs and previous product purchases to provide a tailored quotation
• Process orders
• Provide customers with information on product availability and prices
• Chase up orders for customers and provide updates
• Raise quotes

Requirements:

• They would like to see someone with previous office sales experience
• The team is really friendly and work closely together so they want bubbly, outgoing candidates with a positive attitude
• Someone who is happy to help colleagues with workloads during busier periods and can use initiative to support team members as and when required
• Competent user of Excel and Word
