Job Description

Brook Street are working on behalf of our Belfast client to recruit and Internal Sales Rep.

Depending upon your experience, the role will be to either support existing internal and external sales staff and/or manage your own customer accounts in order to maximise sales and profitability.

This will always be achieved by effective promotion of the company's products and services whilst delivering excellent customer service.

You will be expected to help source new suppliers and products based on existing and potential market opportunities with due regard to quality and price.

The successful candidate will actively seek new business via leads generated through marketing activity and other appropriate resources, whilst maintaining regular contact with customers and prospects.

You will ensure the execution of personal sales targets, construct sales forecasts, and monitor and report on sales achievement.

You will also get involved in new product/market development, promotion/distribution, and make recommendations on how the company can improve the marketability of its products in target markets.

PERSONNEL SPECIFICATION - The following skills/attributes are 100% essential:

Currently or have worked in selling parts to manufacturers or engineering supply companies.
Have a minimum of 2 year's experience.
Excellent customer service skills and excellent Communication skills
Highly motivated with a can-do attitude
Ability to work under pressure both individually and as a team (we are busy)
