A superb opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Representative to join a modern and dynamic company who are well established market leaders in their industry.
This is an exciting role for someone who is highly motivated, has proven experience working in Internal Sales or Customer Service liaising with customers and processing orders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not adhere to the following
To build strong business relationships
To develop new sales
To maximise and up-sell in order to achieve sales targets
To deal with customer enquiries to meet customer expectations
To resolve quality issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times
To deal with general administration duties
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills whilst being proactive with the ability to communicate well at all levels. You must be able to effectively prioritise your workload by using your own initiative to work in a fast paced environment and have proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be a team player and have competent IT skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Salary is £22,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
Hours of work 8.30am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch
Holiday entitlement is 22 days holiday which increases in length of service plus bank holidays
