A highly successful engineering company that specialises in supplying aftermarket components to the Agricultural, Construction and Waste sectors is currently seeking an Internal Sales Support to join their team. Due to the nature of the company candidates must have industry experience or an engineering background to be considered.
Knowledge of one or more of these sectors is required but would be a distinct advantage. On the job training will be provided, including a thorough induction programme.
As internal Sales Support you will be responsible for handling telephone and email sales enquiries in a busy environment, where a quick and accurate response is crucial. You must be experienced in this type of work and environment, computer literate and have a customer-orientated approach.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in an engineering environment and be confident dealing with enquiries and quotes over the phone, managing credit applications, dispatch and inputting data accurately into CRM and other internal systems,
If you are passionate about creating an outstanding client experience, you possess excellent writing and communication skills, as well as a professional telephone manner and have some experience within selling, then this is the role for you.
