Job Description

Are you an internal sales support executive with core customer service support experience? Would you like to work for a leading asset and data management company?

If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Working at the client's head office in the Wirral area, you will have previous appointment making experience and be both comfortable and confident when speaking to customers or clients over the phone.

Your main duty for this role will be to support the Business Development Manager in identifying and qualifying new business leads and opportunities for a number of products provided to the client. You will also deal with incoming calls and e-mails from existing clients and business requests whilst logging new support tickets and also passing higher end queries to the relevant department.

Day to day duties include:

Making outbound b2b calls to identify and qualify new opportunities whilst booking in meetings for the Business Development Manager.

Co-ordinating all follow up e-mail campaigns to be sent to prospective and lapsed clients.

Using the company's CRM system to log all activities and ensure that all accounts and relevant contacts are correct and up to date.

Assisting with the Business Development Manager to follow up meetings with regards to the recording of meeting outcomes, coordinating the next steps and then assisting with the production of proposals.

Attending industry relevant trade shows and events whilst coordinating follow ups to relevant networking contacts.

Being involved in the end to end tender completions.

Receiving inbound telephone and e-mail support campaigns whilst directing this to the correct department and ensuring there is a dealing with important requests of a client.

To apply for this position, you must have the following experience and skills:

Sales support or customer service focused background.

Experience in handling customer and client enquiries over the phone.

Computer literature with a working knowledge of Word and Excel whilst holding strong verbal and written communication skills.

Although it's not essential, it would be desirable that the right candidate has a background in housing or some form of experience in this industry.
