Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Technical Sales Administrator based in Knaresborough. Working for a company who specialise in distributing a range of technical power solutions to the retail and promotional markets throughout the UK. We are looking for someone who has experience in B2B sales.

Your role will involve:

" Handling in house sales accounts and repeat orders.
" Sourcing new customers, including cold calling on own initiative and as part of our sales team activities.
" Identifying the correct product for each customer.
" Processing orders in an accurate and timely manner.
" Ensuring deliveries are all on time with close liaison to the operations team, keeping the customers up to date with any issues.
" Sales of our worldtravel range of products both to retailers, and in the promotional market (where promo companies buy our product which we print with their client's logos etc.)
" Filing and maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of the sales office
" General office administration
" Maintenance and upkeep of customer information on Sage and outlook systems
" Sourcing new customers, including cold calling etc. on own initiative and as part of our sales team activities

The successful candidate will have/be:

" Sales experience ideally in the Business to Business/OEM sectors.
" Understanding of product technical data.
" Self-motivated but also able to work as part of a team.
" Ability to assist with marketing activities for all product ranges.
" Fully IT Literate and proficient, professional ,punctual and reliable.


This will be a key role for building the team for the next few years and offers great potential for career progression in the sales team.
