Job Description

Brook Street are looking to recruit a Intrim Site Manager who will be the accountable representative for the site, for a minimum of three months but with the possibility of this continuing longer. This role is full time, Monday to Friday but will require extra hours, out with business hours depending on the needs of the business.

Duties;
Oversee/ensure the site complies with all company and legal standards.
Act as the main point of contact, directing any contacts to the designated person.
Manage and complete a wide range of daily/weekly tasks
To liaise with both internal and external stake-holders.
Assist with internal and external visitors to site.
Manage the site employees whether they be permanent or temporary workers.
Providing regular reviews to senior stake-holder through agreed Governance channels

Requirements;
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Can operate alone or as part of a team.
Experience of problem solving and crisis management.
Experience and credibility to operate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
