We`re working with a well established Bradford based company, looking for an Procurement and Inventory Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role is a great opportunity for an organised administrator to join a leading business in an analytical role, pivotal to the company`s success.
As the Procurement and Inventory Administrator, you will be responsible for reporting, maintaining and updating data, utilising your keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
You will complete a variety of inventory and purchasing reports for the company, such as spike controls to report anomalies, buying cycle reports, pricing checks, stock control for inventory and purchasing departments as well as tracking bestsellers.
Alongside the reporting you will also be responsible for the chasing of purchase orders from suppliers. Price checking and updating information, checking for discounts with suppliers. You`ll also complete new product sheets, adding barcodes and uploading images and descriptions on to the system, using this information to write creative descriptions for websites and marketing tools.
This is a fast paced, analytic and administrative role. We`re looking for a technical, numerical mind; a candidate used to running a variety of reports and using their keen eye for detail to spot anomalies.
Ideally you will have experience using OPERA, but training can be provided. Experience with Microsoft Excel, or other reporting software is essential.
We`re looking for an accurate, organised and efficient candidate, looking for an analytic and administrative based role. You`ll also need to be prepared to pick up the phone if you need to contact suppliers to chase or verify information!
