Job Description

An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen for an Accounts/Admin Assistant to join this thriving Technical service provider based in South Manchester.

The successful candidate will be someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, an excellent written and verbal communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative.

You will have had some previous experience working within an office environment and must have experience in using Microsoft office packages and Sage 50.
You must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and an investigative nature.


The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with all general accounts tasks, including but not limited to;

All administrative duties
Creating and logging invoices
Liaising with suppliers
Assisting with management accounts production


Working hours are 0900 to 1700 with an hour for lunch.
Immediate start.
