Invoicing & Contract Analyst - BPO

Job Description

We have just taken a very interesting hybrid role for a busy and rapidly growing company based in Canary Wharf

This client provides workplace pensions and has a 3rd party company to actually run the pension scheme on a day to day basis.

This role requires confident and experienced applicants with a background in supporting BPO commercial contract agreements.

You will be able to read, understand and interpret contracts and deal with any queries that arise from internal enquiries, as well as this you will ensure that the outsourced company is adhering to the terms and requirements of the contract by liaising with key internal stakeholders to gather the correct information

The other side of this role is to ensure that all the relevant invoices are reviewed, inputted onto the system and given approval.



This role will suit well organised good communicators who have a head for figures and ideally have experience in supporting BPO commercial agreements, You will also have experience of dealing with invoices and monitoring delivery against contractual requirements.

This role requires a high level of Stakeholder and Relationship management- where you will be co-ordinating colleagues across all areas to ensure you have full insight for the oversight and delivery of contractual obligations.
