Job Description

Job Title: Invoicing Clerk

Salary: £9 an hour, Part time( and Full-time contract available, pay review after 12 months service

Location: Ribbleton, Preston

Start date: Immediately

Key Responsibilities

-Processing Sales/Purchase Ledger Invoices in a timely and accurate manner

-Maintaining contact with internal departments to ensure deadlines are adhered to

-Resolving queries both internally and externally

-General admin and housekeeping tasks

-Raising and resolving any queries with invoices

-Familiarity with a Variety of Software Applications

In addition to these skills the candidate will require the following:

-English and Maths to G.C.S.E standard Grade C or equivalent

-Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment to address business needs

-Good Standard of Computer literacy including Excel
