If you have experience in supporting an organisation with internal helpdesk functions that sit in 1st or 2nd line support you will love this role !
We are seeking an individual who can work within a small team of 4, reporting to the IT Manager.
Your customers will all work for this organisation, however some are on site in the UK & some are abroad (about 50/50 split UK & Europe based).
Your queries will come through to you by phone, email or Skype.
Taking the query in hand & owning it, were after an individual who can find a solution, escalating to 3rd line only when it's been exhausted from solution.
In addition you will be taking part in project, getting actively involved with repair & maintenance of desktop computers, fault finding, ordering parts, installing & repairing the system.
So if you have the ability to investigate, you are a self-starter who is hungry for knowledge with a stable work history or you are a candidate who has IT qualifications with a little experience we want you !
Due to the location you will need to have your own transport.
Salary is £20,000 - £25,000 with a great benefits package to include free parking & discount on products sold.
