1st Line Support Role

Salary is £20,000 - £25,000

1st Line support candidates WE NEED YOU. If you have 2+ years' experience in a 1st line support role and SQL server experience this may be your next role.

My client based in Shrewsbury, is looking for remarkable candidate to sit within a small team of approximately 4 people and report to the IT Manager. The role will have a variety of tasks what will keep your interest & give you scope to be involved with a many aspects of IT to include being hands on with 1st line support issues & resolution right the way through to repair & fix of laptops etc, .

You will work in a split in variations of work where you will mainly be supporting your customers on site in the building as well as remotely supporting them abroad (50/50 split UK & Europe Based), excellent communication skills will be essential as you will be solving complex queries over the phone and face to face.

Your queries will come through to you by phone, email, face to face or Skype. Having the confidence to be able to talk threw solutions to an individual abroad or being able to go down into the business and manually take over the system will be essential. So, if you have the ability to investigate, you are a self-starter who is hungry for knowledge with a stable work history or you are a candidate who has IT qualifications with a little experience WE WANT YOU
