Our Client is looking for an experienced IT Technician to join the team on a 3 month contract.

This position is based in the centre of Newport with an immediate start at £11.00ph.

The role will involve the following duties:
- Assist Administrators
- Provide 2nd line support for IT queries
- Analyse technical problems and find solutions
- Configure and maintain all staff user devices and data information
- Manage local networks
- Investigate systems and test equipment
- Carry out troubleshooting and problem solving IT tasks

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 3 years experience within ICT support
- Experience of troubleshooting and problem resolution
- High level of IT knowledge and configuration background
