Job Description

I am looking for a Customer service and IT literate Incident Management consultant for a 12 Month Maternity Cover. You will need to have great trouble shooting skills and be able to think outside the box. This will be a Hybrid role mainly working from home to start but you will be required to come on site as and when required.

The Rate is £9.00ph Rising to £11.28 after 12 weeks


This household name based in Watford is looking for you to join their company and be apart of a fantastic team. This is working in a fast paced environment where you where you will be taking inbound calls internally, from retailers and engineers who need help either trouble shooting their tech issues and trying to resolve them before the need to escalate to a higher level.


You will need to be tech minded with a strong customer service background and be able to think outside of the box whilst using your initiative. You will be answering calls dealing with tech issues and logging tickets. you will also be dealing with internal employees on site when required.

Although this is a Maternity cover there is permanent opportunities for the right candidate.
