Job Description

Brook Street are seeking 2 IT Contact Centre Advisors on behalf of NHS Digital in Exeter on a long term temporary basis.

You will act as the first point contact to provide timely, effective and efficient support to NHS professionals via telephone and emails.

Whilst this is for IT support and though would be advantageous, you do not need to be a computer whizz to succeed in this position - you must have exceptional customer service skills and basic IT knowledge so if you're after a position to enhance your existing customer service skills within a rewarding organisation, this role will be ideal!

This is a full time role, core hours from 8am until 5pm and paid £11.20 per hour.
