Job Title - IT Development Trainer

The role IT Development Trainer is exciting, fast paced, and pivotal to the success of onboarding IT development team members and managers. Main responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional onboarding experience into the IT department
• Deliver a structured blended programme of core orientation and best practices
• Provide coaching and ongoing personal development to IT development team members on a wide variety of topics such as management training, new process, best practices, and new products
• Conduct training needs analysis for new employees after training to identify key areas of development
• Coordination of training with departmental Subject Matter Experts
• Ensure all induction material and training records are accurate, up to date and relevant
• Support with the creation of e-learning content, that is relevant and up to date
• Provide timely verbal and written feedback to line management
• Design and deliver content that can be distributed and delivered to all IT development employees
• Attend and deliver content at process and product updates at department meetings as and when required/requested
• Any additional tasks requested by line management

About the Candidate:

• Proven experience of delivering product and onboarding training in fast paced IT environment (desirable)
• Experience training for IT roles or extensive training or IT experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to communicate with a wide variety of individuals at different levels
• Be able to demonstrate examples of training delivery and results
• Excellent IT skills
• Have a natural and engaging flair for delivery
• Ability to produce and create content
