Brook Street are currently recruiting for a IT Junior Office Manager to work for a government client based in Corsham.
Main duties include:
-To support a team of 10 in meeting aims and objectives
-To contribute to the efficient running of a project office.
-To assist in the development and implementation of shared knowledge repositories
Skills and experience required:
-An understanding of IT and how it can be used to improve service.
-Excellent knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Offices applications including Word, Excel, Teams, Project
-Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work
-Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
-Ability to work accurately and to a high degree of detail
-Good problem solving skills
This is a full time position working Monday-Friday 0900-1700.
Rate of pay is £13.70 per hour
This is a temporary assignment ongoing until 16/04/2022 with a possibility of an extension.
