An exciting new vacancy has arisen for a tenacious Technical Project Manager to join our industry leading Bradford based client.
Due to continuous growth within their sector our client are now searching for an additional project manager to join their strategic services team.
The role will be office and site based, providing management to the entire services team. You`ll also visit client locations and liaise with existing customers, ensuring your outstanding project management skills provide an unrivalled customer journey and experience.
As part of senior management you`ll also be expected to ensure projects remain on budget and key milestones are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities will include:
Carrying out Prince 2 standard project management for both straightforward and multifaceted technical projects
Liaising with customers to provide expert project management and support functions
The management and supervision of a team of engineers, both in-house and contractors
Aiding with the management of the technical support process and team, ensuring the IT service management support process meets international guidelines and company defined SLA`s
Monitoring and analysing KPI and SLA data, reporting to the Operations Director and ensuring your team remain on target with customer support and service provision
We are looking for a pro-active, highly organised and focused candidate to fill this role. You`ll need proven project management ability and proven experience of delivering complex, financially viable projects within stringent timescales.
To be shortlisted for this role it`s essential you meet the following criteria:
Prince 2 qualified & educated to degree level
Experience monitoring risks/issues and interpreting gantt charts
Proven experience within a similar project management/technical delivery role
