Job Description

We are supporting one of the largest domain name and hosting providers in the UK with their recruitment for an Online Brand Protection (OBP) Sales Consultant in what is a very exciting and important role within the business!


Reporting to the Online Brand Protection (OBP) Sales and Operations Manager, you will be part of the small but growing OBP UK & IRL Sales Team, and your main functions will be identifying and attracting new Online Brand Protection customers and the generation of new opportunities on the existing customer portfolio.
'Online Brand protection' is a tailored and pro-active service that aims to safeguard businesses and their brands in the digital world
In the performance of your duties, you will be expected to use your best endeavours to always promote and maintain the interests and reputation of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound activity to attract new OBP customers.
  • Manage some of the current OBP key clients and proactively look to onboard new clients .
  • Use all the company tools for reporting and control all sales process (CRM, etc.)
  • Achieve the assigned Sales Objectives both for new and existing customers.
  • Help with the onboarding on new customers in collaboration with the Operations team.
  • Help the operations team in any task needed for the assigned customers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Preferable experience and knowledge in the related industry and market.
  • Preferable knowledge of the Online Brand Protection and Trademark products such as corporate domain names, SSLs, Intellectual property products.
  • Capability of investigation and "cold calling" to find new prospects.
  • Able to work on own initiative, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and owning issues.
  • Strong commercial focus.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Fluent English speaker, any other language is a plus.
  • Availability to travel in the UK/IE and abroad.

Working Hours
Normal hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30 but we are flexible and offer hybrid working from your home address and our Worcester office.
