Job Description

Our client based in the City of London are recruiting for an experienced IT Service Delivery Analyst to support their London office

Are you an experienced in 1st and 2nd line support? Then please see below for the daily requirements:
Management of IT Service Desk - including trying to improve it
ITIL process improvements - such as Incident and Problem Management
Responsible for carrying out changes to their IT Services - including Active Directory - user/email account set up and modification

You will also be:

Maintaining and administering Office 265
Building, deploying and managing laptops via SCCM
Deploying and administering mobile devices via Microsoft In-Tune/Azure
Providing application server administration for business applications
Troubleshoot server and network problems and solve hardware and software faults


You will have excellent IT skills and strong experience at all levels of IT support. Good working knowledge of MS products including all office applications and server operating instructions including 365

You will need to be a confident and articulate communicator and be used to dealing at all levels
