Job Description
Brook Street are proud to be working with an established company in the heart of Peterborough that are on the hunt for a Service Desk Analyst to join their expanding team.
This company offer some of the best benefits on the market as well as a modern, City Centre office!
Hours 9am - 5:30pm (Hybrid, 2-3 days WFH)
City Centre location - Peterborough
Skills & Duties
- You will be responsible for providing front-line support to users within the business on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, and peripherals
- You will be responsible for documenting and resolving service tickets against an SLA
- Be technically minded and have an interest in IT generally. (Experience within the industry not always essential as full training provided, but must have interest in field/hobbies etc)
- Have a can-do, enthusiastic attitude!
- Be able to work under pressure and at pace.
- Have strong active listening
- Possess strong communication skills and customer focused
- Attention to detail and problem-solving experience
- Willingness to learn and develop
