A Public Sector body in Ashford are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their busy office, on a part-time basis.
This is a temporary position to run until the end of December 2019.
You will be working on their IT Service Desk providing guidance/support and handling incident requests. Previous experience in IT is not required, however an interest in technology would be beneficial. Full training will be provided.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication, a good telephone manner and able to deliver high quality customer service at all times.
Previous experience working in customer service, administration or call centre environments is beneficial.
You will be required to work 21 hrs per week Mon-Fri, with the core hours being between 9am - 12pm. (on-call is not required)
£9.28 Ph ... due to rise to £10.79Ph after 12 weeks of working.
