Brook Street are recruiting for 3 temporary IT Service Desk - Cutomer Service Call Officers. The role is based very close to the City Centre with easy access to major routes into and out of the city.
To be considered for this role, you need to have experience of working on IT issues, making decisions about technical escalations and reacting to emerging technical situations? Able to handle emotional customers and resolve their issues by taking ownership and applying your own technical knowledge and experience to help before escalating the problem?
To provide world class customer service and IT technical support for up to 60,000 customers across the East Midlands supported health communities. Working for the NHS to support their staff across Derbyshire, Lincoln, Milton Keynes, Essex and Norfolk & Waveney plus surrounding areas.

You will need the following:
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Officer applications
Excellent keyboard skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse complex queries & problems
Good literacy and numeracy skills
Educated to GCSE grade C minimum or equivalent in English and Maths.
Desirable - Microsoft ECDL, Advanced CLAOT or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
Industry recognised IT Service Desk qualification (SDI/Sti etc)
The hourly rate is £8.57increasing to £9.62 after 12 completed working weeks plus 28 days holiday.
