Are you a computer-whizz with great technical software & hardware skills?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join a small team within one of our clients as an IT Support Technician. Reporting to the IT Service Desk, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering IT service support to employees throughout the country but primarily focusing on the Cardiff office.

We're looking for candidates who have experience of administering the following software packages:

• Microsoft Office 2007 & 2010
• Windows 7
• Outlook & Exchange

We're also looking for candidates who have strong hardware knowledge and experience of setting up hardware, including printers, scanners, mobile devices and other equipment as required.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a basic salary of £18,000.
