Our client based in the centre of Cardiff, a beautiful brand new custom built state of the art offices is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician to join their IT team to provide ICT support quickly and efficiently.
You will be providing first and second line support to their clients. You will be dealing with a varied level of IT user, from novices through to technical administrators, you will be taking initial enquiries and leading them through to successful resolution. Answering telephone calls made to the ICT helpdesk and whenever possible providing solutions over the phone or via remote desktop. Setting up of ICT hardware, including PC`s, printers, scanners, mobile devices and any other relevant equipment.
Ideally you will have a high level of IT literacy and be fully conversant in Office 2007 along with knowledge of Office 2010 applications. You must also be able to demonstrate experience working with various computing platforms and applications.
This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, excellent opportunity for development with a good benefits package.
