Job Description
Do you have a passion for IT? Have brilliant customer service skills? And looking to further develop your skills in this area?
My client is seeking a technically minded and hardworking individual to join their IT Support team based in Maidstone. You will have previous experience within a similar role, a good knowledge of web/mobile technologies and Microsoft Desktop products, a confident telephone manner, problem solve effectively, able to work to deadlines and enjoys working alone as well as part of a strong team.
You must be able to drive, due to rural location.
Duties:
- Providing Desktop software and hardware support for remote users and internal customers.
- Working with the IT Support system, to provide responsive and a quality of service at all times.
- Updating the system in regards to all IT enquiries/issues.
Role: IT Support
Location: Maidstone
Hours: 40 hours a week Thurs-Mon or Fri-Tues
Salary: Competitive Salary
