Our role is initially a fixed term contract for 6 months with the potential to be offered a permanent role there after.
Initially you will be involved in a group classroom based training programme lasting two weeks. In this time you will be inducted on their systems, the kind of queries you are likely to get & extensively trained to be comfortable to hit the ground pretty much running !
On week 3 you will go live, buddied with an experienced member of staff to hand hold any assistance you may need there after & support your learning whilst on the job.
Reporting to a team leader you will take calls of a 1st line nature from customers that all work for the Group, however predominantly based off site & UK wide.
The role will involve customer services by phone, web chat or email, your aim is to resolve the query in a friendly professional manner. When the query needs to be escalated there are 2nd & 3rd line support teams to refer your customer to.
Our role is a great starting point or development opportunity if you have a genuine love of IT & you have natural flare for customer services.
You may have gained your IT skills from education, a hobby or previous working experiences, however its not enough to be great with IT, you have to be able to communicate easily over the phone & like to support individuals that need your assistance (no experience is necessary as its something you either have, or you don't).
