Duties
- Provide 2nd line technical support within SLA Guidelines
- On-Site and Remote technical support
- Work with Information Security to ensure compliance
- Maintenance of Telephony, Hardware & associated systems
- Work flexibly across the IT team, assisting colleagues as required
Experience
- Cyber Security experience
- Server & IT infrastructure maintenance & installation
- End user hardware & software support/setup
Technical skills
- Virtualisation Technologies
- Microsoft Server operating systems 2008 R2 and above. Including set up, configuration and support
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- SAN Technologies
- Anti-Virus
- Backup / Replication technologies such as Veeam
- Server & Infrastructure Hardware
- MS Exchange 2013 / 2016
- MS Office 2010 / 2016 / 365
- Desktop PC's and operating systems, Windows 7 / 10
- Cyber Security
- Skype for Business / MS Teams
- SharePoint
