Job Description

Are you an experienced First Line I.T Support Technician with a passion for the PR industry? If so...read on!

My client is one of London's most hip and trendy PR agency's working with some of the world's most iconic consumer brands. They are actively looking for a IT Support Technician to join their team.

You must have a big personality !!!!!

Key skills and experience

Experience with Microsoft operating systems, including installation and configuration
Experience with computer and peripheral hardware servicing and basic repairs
Knowledge of network technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WINS and routing, and the ability to troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues
IT/Computing qualifications and/or experience (BTEC ICT or equivalent and one year's first line IT support experience)
Knowledge and understanding of standard office software packages
A good standard of written and oral communication
Approachable, eager to help and dependable
Ability to work effectively within a team environment, both taking direction from and supporting other colleagues
Flexibility with their role, plus desire and drive to grow own role within a young and fast growing business
