Job Description

Brook Street are currently recruiting for an IT Support Manager to work for a government client based in Bristol.

This can also be a work from home role.

Main duties include:
-Arranging meetings and sending out papers to invitees.
-Taking minutes in arranged meetings
-Sharing updates and documents to community MS Teams and responding to chats.
-Managing risk registers and reporting in a monthly meeting and discussing updates
-Requesting information and creating reports
-Managing a contract and meeting with supplier weekly to raise any issues with service
-Drafting requests for new services and getting approvals
-Obtaining sign off invoices

Skills and experience required:
-Able to communicate with people at all different levels
-A proactive individual, who can prioritise workload and meet deadlines
-Experience of using Microsoft Office
-Interest in IT architecture and/or technology services.

This is a full time position working Monday-Friday 0900-1700.

Rate of pay is £15.93 per hour.

This is a temporary assignment for 12 weeks with possibility of an extension.
Also scope for applications to open for a permanent position.
