Job Description

Brook Street in Stratford are looking for an IT Support Technician to cover a 3-4 week temporary booking in East London.

You must be reliable and have basic experience working within an IT 1st line support team.

** Enhanced DBS is required **

Duties will include:

Checking all printers are in working order
Dealing with computer malfunctions
1st line support, answering all help desk queries
Dealing with Promethean white board malfunctions
