Job Description
My client - a unique company based in the City of London - are looking to recruit an experienced IT Technical Delivery Analyst to work in a dual role of 50% Service Delivery and 50% IT Project work
They key essential skills and experience are as follows:
Previous IT Service desk skills
Ideally some work in a smaller company as you are more likely to have had responsibility to resolve issues (rather than working in a large IT team)
Good communicator, to interact with senior stakeholders
Experience of Office 365 suite (have E5 plan)
Active Directory and Group Policy Management
Azure
SCCM
Experience of supporting mobile devices ( iPhones )
As well as IT 1st/2nd line support and managing the IT Service Desk you will also work on special projects where you will be creating reports with regard to the IT Service Operations
