We are thrilled to support our well established and high profile public sector client in their search for Technical Support staff.
Pay Rate: £10.92 per hour
Contract: Until end of September 2021 - possible extension
Location: LongBenton, Newcastle
Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday. (Flexible)
Start date - End of June 2021 (subject to compliance deadlines)
This role does not require you to have strong IT skills, just an experienced admin background a good knowledge on how to use Microsoft office, mainly word and excel.
Activities will include:
* You will create and disable accounts,
* Reset passwords,
* Change access levels and various other IT requests.
You will be trained on how to complete each task and will be teamed up with a work buddy to ensure you understand all tasks and the role itself - However once trained you must be able to work autonomously from the Work Queue - you are responsible for allocating your own workload each day.
It is a role that is quite repetitive, so successful candidates will need good self-discipline and good accuracy when it comes to the role and enjoy working on similar tasks each day.
