Fantastic opportunity for an entry level IT Technician for a global family business in Speyside.

As IT Technician, you will ensure the efficient running of a secure and stable computer network.
This is an IT entry level role, I am ideally looking for a candidate who has 1-2 years of IT training, you may have completed an IT College role, or be a school-leaver with an interest in IT. What must be clear is that you have made the decision to make IT your career.

The duties and responsibilities that come with this role include:

The ability to install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, troubleshoot and diagnose problems, configure both office and mobile phones, have a solid knowledge of Microsoft software, maintain firewalls and related security systems, work with and maintain wireless networks, keep up with security trends, write technical guides for administrative and office staff, identify and suggest possible improvements and prioritise problems.

About you, I am looking for an individual who is a great communicator, happy to work with people at all levels of the business, has a genuine interest in IT, can stay calm through stressful situations, has an eye for detail and is looking for the opportunity to develop their career within the business.

Salary £20-25k based on experience
