Job Description

Looking for a 2nd/3rd Line Technician or someone who has experience working with 3rd Line responsibilities. This position is within a family run manufacturing company that has grown to be one of the largest in its sector.

You will be working within an experienced small IT team and report directly to the IT Director. You will be assisting the system administrator by providing desktop support and hardware/software problems.

Essentials:

You must be an expert in Office 2010 to current, Windows XP to current, in a domain environment

Strong Background knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP

Proficient knowledge of VMware hypervisors

Able to fix hardware/software issues

Ability to meet deadlines

Attention to detail

Desirables:

Sage x3 Knowledge

Knowledge of EDI systems

Great Customer Service
